Reward System

Kraze2earn distributes cryptocurrency rewards to football fans corresponding with their participation in events. Kraze2Earn is a token economic mechanism in which football fans can obtain corresponding rewards Web5 tokens by participating in events, which can give users easy access to the Web3 commercial sphere. Positive social engagement of sporting events will be rewarded.

We must bring into play an AI robot that implements the $C4.5$ algorithm to determine how many Web5 Tokens fans can get based on their passion, insight, participation, and contribution. To implement this, we need first to construct a sample database as below:

The variable $x$ is the input, through either image classification or NLP, the variable $y$ is the classification or more general result we need to compute through machine learning. The variables $x_{1}$, $x_{2}$, $x_{3}$..., $x_{k}$ are variables that help us achieve our results, which can be passion, insight, participation, and contribution, the variable y is the result by human being. In this way, each sample has a set of attributes and a classification result, that is, the classification result is known, then a decision tree is obtained by learning these samples, and the decision tree can give the correct classification to the new data.

The generation of the decision tree needs to rely on node division. When the attribute represented by a node cannot be judged, we choose to divide this node into several sub-nodes. At the same time, we also choose an appropriate threshold to minimize the training error. The definition of the threshold comes from Shannon entropy, we define $p(x_{i})$ as the probability of occurrence of $x_{i}$, then the entropy will be:

As users become more familiar with DeFi and gain the confidence to explore different protocols themselves, they’ll gain experience relevant to navigation of Kraze. This will make it easier for users to earn and conduct new DeFi investments through our platform.

Kraze ID and Web5 Token

Our work won’t just stop there. We’re building the concept of ‘Participation as Identity’ with Kraze ID which records a user’s valid participation behavior, both on and off the chain, as digital credentials in their blockchain addresses. This allows users to take control of their personal data and profit from the knowledge, in stark contrast to traditional online platforms which exploit user data as an asset. Instead, Web3 credentials give ownership of this information back to the user generating it, allowing them to benefit from their interactions, rather than being used as a subscription fee.

We provide users with Web5 token which can be implemented in any existing or new Web2 application to give users exposure to Web3 rewards. Web5 tokens are a digital record of all of a user's participation in football events. Likes, shares and other forms of positive social engagement of football events can be rewarded with Web5 tokens.

Kraze uses a collaborative credential data network and identity system that will help Web3 developers leverage credential data to build better products and more engaging communities. We will provide a comprehensive framework to generate and store digital credentials corresponding to data sources, managing credentials through multiple data sources.

Explicitly, we mean self-sovereign identities (SSI) and transactional efficiency. SSIs, digital identities managed in a decentralized system, give individuals sole ownership and control over how their personal data is used. Self-sovereignty is achieved via a combination of NFTs, decentralized identifiers (DID) and verifiable credentials (VC) depending on the use case. These create private, yet provable, authentication and authorization agreements. All information is both private and available. All parties in the arrangement now have access to only the critical information they need.

A Kraze ID represents a digital identity in the Web3 world. It consists of digital participation credentials formed by users, forming a unique user profile. The Kraze ID is like a Web3 profile for each user, a digital credential that validates the unique experience of the individual. As Web3 and Kraze grow, this ID will become an important part of a user’s online profile.
